No Returns:
All sarees sold are final sale and cannot be returned once purchased.
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, images, and specifications carefully before placing an order.
No Refunds:
Refunds will not be processed for any orders under any circumstances, except in cases of genuine damage during transit (refer to our “Damaged Product Policy” below).
Damaged Product Policy:
In the rare case that you receive a product damaged during transit, please email us at bhamahandloom@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Attach clear photos of the damaged product along with your order details.
After a thorough review, we will process a replacement or provide store credit at our discretion.
Color & Design Variations:
Please note that slight variations in color and design may occur due to photography and screen display differences. Such variations will not qualify as defects.
